Tuesday 2nd June 2020

 

After two and a half months of closure, the circuit reopens its doors on Tuesday, June 2. Certain measures must be observed:

  • Your placement on the paddock will be done under the instructions of the usher
  • Formal prohibition of murging of more than 10 people
  • Wearing a mask is compulsory inside the circuit
  • The Cafeteria of the circuit is open in accordance with the health protocols in force
  • Access to the PC Security limited and wearing a mask is compulsory
  • Loans and exchanges of equipment between participants are prohibited
  • Respect the barrier gestures (see opposite)
Public access to the circuit is authorized in accordance with the instructions set out above.

Regulation Club Days

The management of the Paul Armagnac Circuit is placed 365 days a year under the responsibility of the Mixed Economy Company Paul Armagnac and under the authority of the Approval Orderod the Nogaro Circuit of March 15, 2015 (Ministry of the Interior - Official Journal of March 21, 2015).

Circuit Paul Armagnac is a private property. For this reason we ask you to comply with these Rules. Any breach will result in immediate exclusion.

Remember that alcohol is dangerous for your health, especially in the practice of motorsports causing exclusion in insurance clauses in case of accident. For your safety and for other participants we thank you not to consume alcohol before going on the track. The staff of the circuit has the authority to exclude or prohibit access to the track to anyone whose behavior may cause others endangerment of life.

Paddock

Opening Hours : 08 H 00 to 19 H 00
Traffic : Speed limited to 30 Km/h - Respect lanes.
Access : - Limited to vehicles registered or responding to the regulation of noise emissions of Delegated Sports Federations (IAF - FFSA - FIM - FFM).
- Prohibits to quads and pocket bike.
Conditions : Safety according to Regulation of the Traffic Laws or the Delegated Federations.
Restrictions : Total ban on drilling anything into the ground. Burnouts, wheelies, skids and accelerations are strictly prohibited inside the circuit (track, paddock ...).

 

Track and pit lane

Opening Hours : 9 H 00 - 12 H 00 / 14 H 00 - 18 H 00
The chequered flag is shown 5 minutes before the official closing time of the track.
Access : - Access to the track is permitted only after payment of track fees, signing the track manual, and liability waiver at the secretariat of the circuit from Monday to Friday and at PC Security on weekends and public holidays.
- Limited to vehicles registered or not exceeding the noise emission standard regulated by the Delegated Sports Federations: Cars: 100 dB - Motorbikes: 102 dB TOLERANCE 0
- Children under 16 and pets (even on a lead) are strictly prohibited form the Pit Lane and Track.
Equipment Required : Including in the Paddock :
- Motorbike: leather or approved textile 1 or 2 piece, helmet approved by the Traffic Laws, gloves, dorsal/ back  protector, proper shoes
- AUTO : helmet, gloves, seatbelt or race harness
MOTO instructions : - In case of problems or return to the pits, raise your arm and get behind a wall.
- If problem on the track, stop IMMEDIATELY on the right hand side of the track and get behind a wall.
AUTO instructions :

In the case of a mechanical problem on the track and particularly an oil leak, park IMMEDIATELY on the right hand – side. Failure to do so will risk permanent expulsion.
- In case of problems or return to the pits, you must never stop on the track.
- It is strictly forbidden to get back on the track or pit lane in the wrong direction.
- The practice of drifting  is strictly prohibited.

Traffic :

- Circulation in a clockwise direction.
- Complies with safety regulations issued by delegated Federations.
- Full compliance with the race regulations.

- Any deliberate crossing of the kerbs (vibreurs) or the run-off areas will result in sanctions.
Conditions : - No specific changes can be made to the racetrack without express written agreement of management.
All AREAS
- Salvage drums for waste oil are available on the paddock.
- Any deposit in the drains is prohibited.
- Discarding used tyres is prohibited by law.
- Any material and equipment brought must be removed.
- No modifications or interference with the circuit facilities. (e.g. electrical boxes) is permitted.

 

Public tranquility

In order to preserve the public tranquillity, checks will be made to verify that all the rules laid down are respected:

  • Verification of registration forms for competitions vehicles
  • Verification of the registration card for the series vehicles
  • Sonometric controls
  • Site monitoring
  • Full compliance schedules of the track

Any registered driver is responsible for his companions.

The staff of the circuit has any authority to exclude any person not complying with the instructions above or whose conduct might be considered hazardous or incompatible with the proper functioning and the image of the Paul Armagnac Circuit as well as non-compliance with measures public tranquillity.

The interruption of the running sessions for security reasons will not be entitled to reimbursement of track rights.
